Refund & Reschedule Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026 · Effective: June 14, 2026

Each Cadence engagement is a fixed-fee project. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work, depending on whether build work has started yet. It forms part of our Terms of Engagement. Please read it before you book.

We resolve issues before any dispute

1. What you're buying

Cadence sells three one-time, fixed-fee projects: the Lifecycle Audit, the Core Flows Build, and the Full Lifecycle. Each is scoped from the start, paid once, and delivered against a defined scope.

2. Refunds before build work begins

3. Refunds once a build is underway

Once the build phase has started — meaning at least one flow, segment, or deliverable has been set up in your platform — the project is treated as in progress and the fee is non-refundable. If, after delivery, you are unhappy with a specific deliverable, contact us first; we will revise it within the original scope at no extra cost.

4. Rescheduling kick-off

You can postpone the kick-off of a paid project by up to 60 days from the order date at no charge. Just email us. Past 60 days, we ask that you either start, or convert the remaining balance into a smaller engagement.

5. If we cancel or can't deliver

If we decline a project after payment, or are unable to deliver for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund. If we deliver a partial build but cannot finish, we refund the proportion not delivered.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@thomashaughtcadence.com from the address used at booking, with your order number and what you'd like to do.
  2. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

7. No subscriptions

All purchases are one-time payments. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel on a schedule. Each project is bought as and when you choose.

8. Chargebacks & disputes

If you think you're owed a refund, please contact us first — we handle valid requests quickly and fairly. Opening a payment dispute before contacting us, particularly for a project where build work has been delivered, may be treated as a breach of our Terms. We keep project records and may share them with the payment processor or card network when responding to a dispute. Your statement descriptor is CADENCE so the charge is easy to recognize.

8. Your statutory rights

Where the law in your country or state gives you a refund or cancellation right that goes beyond this policy, that right is not affected.
